Event Guidelines

Runners are requested not to carry bags or valuables, limited safe deposit vaults will be available at race entry point

With limited parking space, runners are requested to opt for car pool, to avoid parking hassle at the venue

Only people with registration BIB/passes will be allowed entry into the holding area

​​

Medical facilities / Recovery cone will be made available at the race venue

​​

Toilet facilities at the race venue and along the route at various points

​​

Parking : Parking will be allotted on first come first basis

​​

Reporting time for all Marathon participants : 5.15 AM

Adequate water stations along the route

Event Rules

  1. You are to participate only in the race category for which you had applied and for which your entry has been confirmed.

  2. Your entry and running number bib is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.

  3. Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or timing bib number with another individual, will be disqualified from the Event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the next edition of the Event.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from competition who gives incorrect personal data/details on the entry form, who has been banned from competition under IAAF jurisdiction, or who is suspected of having taken banned substances. No refund of entry fee will be made.

  5. No result or certificate will be given to runner who do not start their run at the respective start times of the race categories they have been confirmed in. Such runners will be disqualified from the event.

  6. Please note if you don’t wear your timing bib number as instructed, you won’t be able to get an official finish time and thereby the official timing certificate recording your finish times. No bib number timing, no prize money.

  7. No wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course.

  8. Participants are not allowed to run with babies or children who are under aged for the designated category and unregistered runners.

  9. In order to ensure the re-opening of roads to normal traffic by timings depending upon respective race category start times, the organizers will designate cut off times at specified locations. Runners failing to reach these specific locations within times specified must stick to the footpath in order to complete your race

  10. Only those confirmed participants wearing the currentrunning number bibs will be allowed on the route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by the course security.

  11. Further, every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest worn. Any mutilation, fold, alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification of the runner from the Event.

  12. Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.

  13. For security reasons, participants are requested to come without any baggage.

  14. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phone, camera, jewellery, watch, electronic gadgets, etc. in the bag stored.

  15. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of baggage and belongings.

  16. Participants are requested to cooperate with the police and security personnel deputed at the event venue and on route. Participants/supporters are liable to random checking on race day – this is for your own security.

  17. Minimum number of applicants for Category/event is 50. Event is subject to cancellation. If the number of applicants are less than the minimum limit.

  18. REFUND POLICY : Refund for a cancelled event will be processed within 14-21 days through NEFT or Account Transfer. If due to any reason event is rescheduled within 6 weeks of scheduled date, NO REFUND will be provided but participant can transfer the ticket to any other participant. In case of Medical emergencies refund will be processed upon providing validated proofs.

  19. Age limit: 6 years and above.

  20. Please choose category carefully, confirmed registration are non-refundable, non transferable and cannot be modified.

  21. Provide us correct mobile number & email address that you can assess regularly, as this will be our primary resources of contacting you during the run up to the event.

  22. By registering you agree that running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. – You take full responsibility for participating in the Run and do not hold the organizers or organizing person or entities responsible of any injury or accident.

  23. You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all others risks associated with public event.

  24. You agree that organizers or organizing person or entities responsible for organizing the run shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of participating in the event.

  25. You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, the organizers reserve the right to stop/ cancel/ postpone the Event.

  26. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise order are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refundable in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).

  27. The organizer will contact participants only by email and mobile message. Any notice or message sent to the email or mobile number registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the participants.

  28. Participants will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond cut-off time considering the safety and health issues.

  29. On the race day if any of the participants is found not wearing the running bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race. If a participant is found to have interchanged their running number bib with another individual; he/she will be disqualified from the event.

  33. Registration fee is non-refundable.

  34. The prizes details are subject to change without any prior notice.

  35. In the remote case of the run being cancelled due to reasons of State or Nature, beyond the control of the organizers, there will be no refund of the registration amount.

  36. Photographs taken of runners during the registration and on race day may be used for the purpose of promoting the event.

  37. No vehicles are allowed on the stage area or track, any participant bringing vehicles in these areas will be disqualified from the race.

Medical Advisory

  • While participating in the  Marathon, if you develop unexpected shortness of breath, nausea, or giddiness during the race, please seek medical attention immediately. DO NOT CONTINUE THE RACE. Your health comes first.

  • On race day, avoid trying anything new, including new running techniques, objectives, footwear, apparel, foods, or energy drinks.

  • Remember to note your emergency contact information and any relevant medical history at the back of the running bib.

  • Carry cell phones that are completely charged.

  • Every participant should take precautions for their safety, and for the safety of those around them.

  • Check updates from the WHO and your neighborhood public health agencies frequently to stay informed of the most recent COVID-19 information.

  • Take medical advice from your doctor if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Heart conditions.

  • Restrictions on engaging in physical activities.

  • Pain or discomfort in your chest during or irrespective of physical exercise.

  • Any experience of unconsciousness or loss of balance due to dizziness.

  • Bone or joint condition.

  • Ongoing treatment for blood pressure or any other medical condition.

  • Ongoing medication or other treatment for COVID.

  • Older than 55 years old.

  • Pregnancy.

  • Diabetes.

  • Any condition that might prevent you from exercising.

  • Breathing issues, particularly in cold and dry weather.
     

We firmly advise that you consult your doctor before applying to join if you have any of the (but not restricted to) conditions mentioned above. If you feel unwell, take some rest and run. Risking a major sickness or experiencing a medical emergency on race day is not advisable. For our runner's safety, the event is meticulously planned and managed with medical services. The athletes will receive medical support from a huge team of doctors and healthcare specialists. 

On Track

Each medical aid station is well equipped with a team of medical professionals who can assist all our runners. Ambulances are also available to support medical coverage on course.

Start/Finish

The Event Venue medical tent area is well-stocked with trained medical personnel, health professionals, aid supplies, and an ambulance. There will also be a physio room, where qualified specialists may assist you with massages and stretches.

An assistance desk is available at the venue for questions in case a participant is sent to a nearby hospital at the medical team's discretion.

Help out your fellow competitors. Ask if assistance is required if you see a runner in trouble. Whenever necessary, ask our medical course groups for assistance.
 

Any mishap cannot be blamed on the event's organizer.

 

The activity you are signing up for can be physically demanding and carry a chance of discomfort, disease, damage, and even death. You must ensure that you are in good enough physical condition to participate in the Event without endangering your life or health.
